Fashion really shines in the fall and spring. During the summer it’s all about a lightweight dress and easy shoes and we spend winter bundled up, but when we layer during the fall and spring we can show our creativity, style, and mix and match pieces from different seasons. Even though we haven’t had a nice spring day in a while (I had to push back my flight from Charlotte to NYC because of snow) I’ve been dying to buy more spring clothes. A lot of these are out of my budget but were too good not to share. If you’re on a college budget like I am, the bikini and watermelon t-shirt are two of my faves and two of the cheapest pieces.
one // Watermelon Tee – I purchased this tee this weekend and can’t wait to style it this spring and summer!
two // Bow Back Blouse – How cute are the bows?! Also, who knew Sugarlips made clothes and not just super tight tank tops?!
three // Striped Shirt – A classic with a peplum twist.
four // Striped Bikini – So cheap and I love the bows!
five // Sunbathing Tee – Another great t-shirt option if pink isn’t your color.
six // Full-Length Kimono – I love how this is styled! I don’t think it’s the most practical in NYC but it looks super cute.
seven // Pink Espadrille Wedges – In case you couldn’t tell, I love espadrilles and wedges, especially in spring neutrals.
eight // Brown Espadrille Wedges – I had a similar pair I featured in a few posts last year, but they gave me blisters. I ended up selling them but I’d love a new pair that I could wear more regularly!
nine // Pink Espadrilles – Pink, closed-toe (ideal for NYC) and Steve Madden; what more could I want in a show?
ten // Purple Floral Set (top & bottom) – I love how popular lavender is this year and this set would be perfect well through the summer!
