In case you couldn’t tell from the excessive number of fall-related posts I’ve had the past two weeks, fall is by far my favorite season. I love the colors, the food, the weather, and especially fall fashion. I love this outfit for a day of class or running around doing errands on a Saturday morning. It makes a button-down a little more fun and incorporates my absolute favorite fall color: olive.
A while back I shared my custom sneakers from Its by Sam. When I first got them I loved them because of how pretty and unique the metallic stars were, but they’ve quickly become my go-to sneakers. I was always a Converse type of gal but it always frustrated me that they weren’t meant for all day. If I wore them for a full day my feet would always hurt by the end, especially near my toes. I haven’t had any problems like that with these. I was always nervous about getting a pair of Supergas in general because I hate no show socks almost as much as I hate wearing shoes without socks. When I actually tried them on, I found they come up on my feet higher than I thought they would and are so comfy I don’t mind having to wear different socks. I will say if you plan on wearing them with thin no-show socks it might be worth it to size down. I got a 6.5 (my usual size) and I have to tie them super tight for them to fit properly.
