I am so excited to share this post because it has been months in the making. When I finally finished my face wash and pulled out the collection of containers I had been hoarding to make this post possible I realized I had completely forgotten about some of the things I’d used.
I struggle with sharing new products because I prefer to wait and see if I actually like and use an item before posting about it, so I love that this post represents items I’ve truly loved enough to finish.
Lotus Youth Preserve Rescue Mask – I’m a big fan of Fresh products and this is one of my favorites. I personally love the seaweed smell. It is a little bit abrasive with some bigger pieces in it so be gentle applying it, but it definitely makes skin softer and smoother.

OleHenriksen The Clean Truth Foaming Cleanser – I feel absolutely ridiculous spending more than $7 on face wash but this one is a tried and true favorite I always go back to. It’s foaming so it doesn’t dry out my skin, and is gentle like Cetaphil or Cerave but regulates my skin better. I think it definitely helps manage breakouts and every time I decide to try something new I always end up coming back to this one.

Pixi Glow Tonic – This is the only drugstore toner I’ve tried, but it’s also the best drugstore toner I’ve tried. Every time I see a Pixi display in CVS or Target, Glow Tonic is completely sold out, and for good reason. The glycolic acid acts as a chemical exfoliant and is so good for acne-prone skin. Not long after I finished this bottle, I started using derm-prescribed acne treatments and moved away from this in favor of a gentler-toner but I would definitely buy this again.

Avene A-Oxitive Serum – The next time you travel to Europe, find a Boots or a local drug store/pharmacy and stock up on this product! It’s a drug store anti-pollution serum with Vitamins C and E and antioxidant boosters. In the U.S. it can run about $45 but is closer to $25 in Europe so leave room in your liquids bag to bring it home with you (leave it to me to fall in love with the most expensive drug store product to exist). The smell is what really gets me – I’m terrible at identifying scents but it’s so refreshing and will make your skin feel great.

OleHenriksen Sheer Transformation Moisturizer – I kid you not, I have gone through 5 of these containers. This moisturizer is my holy grail. I’m pretty bad about picking at pimples and causing scarring and this one makes it all go away. I use it every day, twice a day religiously.

Garnier Fructis Nourishing Treat 1-Minute Hair Mask – Drug store hair masks are having a MOMENT right now. I love the coconut and avocado versions of this mask and the Pantene Rescue Shots for tons of moisture with a small price tag.

Simple Makeup Remover Wipes – These are my go-to makeup wipes because I absolutely hate feeling like there’s a residue left that I need to wash off after taking off my makeup. In a pinch, I feel like I can use these and go straight to moisturizer so I keep them in my gym bag and on-hand for late nights. I’ve since tried to switch to reusable makeup removers like the makeup eraser but when I need something water-less these are the only ones I’ll use.

L’Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream – I go through tubes of these minis like it’s nobody’s business, and I’ve almost made my way all the way through the big tube I keep on my nightstand too. It’s a classic for good reason.
